Ann Arbor, Michigan – 03/30/12 – DreamMaker – Ann Arbor, a full-service, interior remodeling business owned locally by Lee and Brenda Willwerth, and Bob and Jennifer Ender, is quadrupling its showroom space with a much-needed move to 2333 E. Stadium Avenue, near Trader Joe’s. The new location will accommodate the company’s current staff and enable further expansion for future growth.

Lee said, “Although our current location has served us well over the years, we just needed more space to display a wider variety of interior remodeling options for our clients.” The new location is more than 8,000 square feet, and features 4 full kitchen displays and 6 bathroom displays. Jennifer added, “The new space will feature several interior displays with a greater range of design styles and products, including a fully accessible bathroom with tub and shower.” “We have designed the new space to allow us to hold special events for our clients, as well as to host events for local community organizations,” said Jennifer. “We are excited at the improved visibility and more accessible location for our clients.”

Tired of the dark brown shower, and dated mosaic tiled floor, this homeowner asked DreamMaker to create an affordable bathroom design that brightened the space, while maintaining a warm feel. The design started with Daltile Franciscan Slate porcelain floor and shower walls, accented with natural stone and sea shell mosaic tiles. The maple vanity is stained with a lovely amaretto color, and topped with Cambria quartz, and an under mounted porcelain sink. Complimenting the counter top and shower surfaces with their transitional styling are Delta Lahara faucets and accessories. Completing the design is a new full height Toto commode, a matching maple-framed mirror, and a stunning contemporary three-light fixture from Alico.

A bathroom remodel has the ability to create a new, inviting atmosphere for your family on a daily basis and can even provide a more memorable experience for guests in your home. Our goal for this head-to-toe remodel project was to open the space up through the use of clean lines and a brighter color palette. By removing the wall obstacle, we were able to achieve the feel of a larger, continuous space. Enhanced lighting was used to highlight the texture of the shower and floor tile and to showcase modern features including the smooth marble counter, brushed chrome faucet and glass cabinetry.

In the truest essence of the word, a kitchen is a multi-purpose room. You must be able to prepare the meals, store all of the snacks, and be open enough to house the family when they come home from school. In this room, we wanted to maximize living space as well as storage space. To become a suitable space for entertaining, we updated the look with new appliances, beautiful hardwood floors, and rich tone that can be seen in the new cabinetry. A simple, yet elegant tile backsplash above the stove brings the room to life.
